The Installation Process
Every starlight headliner is built and refitted in-house at our Denton workshop. Typical installs run 6–10 hours depending on vehicle and star count.
Consultation & Design
We discuss your desired star density (400–1,500+), colour, shooting-star effects and any bespoke constellations. You approve a plan tailored to your headliner.
Headliner Removal
Your OEM headliner is carefully dropped in our Denton workshop with all trim, handles and lighting preserved for a factory-perfect refit.
Fibre-Optic Weaving
Hundreds of individual fibres are hand-woven through the headliner backing at your chosen density, using premium PMMA cable and a controlled LED engine.
Refit & Wiring
The headliner is reinstalled with OEM connectors. Wiring is hidden behind trim, the controller is placed for easy access, and the app is paired to your phone.
Testing & Handover
We run the full light programme, verify shooting-star effects and app control, then walk you through your presets and warranty.
